Common Returns & Exchanges Questions

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of our product purchased on within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.”

Please note that we cannot process your return if you do not use a Cabana Life return label on your box.  Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags and liners.

How do I make a return?

  • Enter your order number and shipping zip code above & follow the steps. 
  • Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee.

How do I make a complimentary exchange for the same style, different size?

  • Enter your order number and shipping zip code & select "Too Big" or "Too Small” as the reason for the return.
  • Affix the complimentary label e-mailed to you for your return and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
  • Your new item will ship to you immediately. Your return shipment must be received within 25 days of placing your new order.

Please note: If your new size is unavailable, please email [email protected] if you’d like to select a different style instead.

How do I make a complimentary exchange for a new color or style?

  • To get your new items fast, place a new order online for your replacement item.
  • Please email us at [email protected] with your Order #, Name, and Sku # for the style you are returning AND the Order # for the new order placed.
  • We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day, deduct any shipping costs incurred from the new order and make any adjustments necessary.

Do I have to pay for the pre-paid shipping label? 

For a Return:  If you choose to make a return using one of our pre-paid labels, $8 will be deducted from your total refund when the item is received. For an Exchange: We gladly offer free exchanges! You will not be charged for the pre-paid label when making an exchange.

How soon will I get my refund?

We will refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your items in our warehouse. Please note it could take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to show the refund back to your original form of payment. 

My order came, but it's the wrong size, wrong item, missing something, damaged, etc. What do I do?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the issue at hand! We will work with you to resolve the situation.
